On legendary I got it quickly. In my experience no. I've been farming Summit daily for 2+ weeks for the Memento and I still don't have one. In my opinion freeroam is the best place to farm exotics. Every activity after completing it can drop a exotic. The Hunters build ideally requires two exotics, the memento backpack and the scorpio shotgun. Until you get those, you can run any backpack with the talent adrenaline rush and any smg or shotgun combination as a weapon. Hey. I just got one to drop by farming one of the boss levels on heroic. I did level 10. Once the boss spawns kill the boss but leave other NPCs alive. Open the map and go to the lobby. Enter the elevator and you’re back at the boss floor.
