If you have to choose between UWorld and the AAMC QPs then you should absolutely do UWorld (except for with CARS). AAMC = gold standard. I found tutor mode on UWhirl to be most effective given its formatting and heavy emphasis on content whereas mimicking real life testing conditions with AAMC materials proved helpful.

The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up.
