ValHellen 14 years ago #2. 1st tip: you can fuse Izanagi by fusing two Fool Personae for a rank-down fusion, namely, Obariyon and Yomotsu-Shikome. Get all the skills you need to transfer to Izanagi to those two first before fusing, obviously. 2nd tip: Magician Arcana Chance will help you get skills you couldn't learn from Obariyon-Shikome fusing.

If you want to abuse skill cards and all that jazz on Izanagi, Magatsu-Izanagi always wins because of its inherent Null Light/Dark resistances. Grind Levels (persona levels do factor into hit rate and damage) Grind Skill Cards in shuffle time or spend time. Put up with his extreme lack of resistances.
