Stats-wise, you aim for about 40/40 in STR/DEX. Strength focused is just as viable as quality, you just have a much, much smaller weapon pool to choose from. Either get strength to 66 and dex to 15 for a strength build, or each to 40/40 for a quality build. Quality is basically a hybrid STR/DEX build, where you split your stats between both.
