Hi thom, I have a BCD996P2 scanner which I have been unable to get to work on CSERN but worked on CSP 800MHz for 10 years flawlessly, and they are still selling all the OLDER Phase 2 type scanners. Tried every option in the book, and them some, with little luck. Can get it to pick a channel then no audio, drops channel and goes back to control channel.DISCUSSION: CLMRN supports a number of different subscriber options. Rebanding was done long ago in 2011. This is simply a new system with many new frequencies. It is simulcast so if you are in an area where you can receive two towers on the same Cell, you could experience issues distortion.

Unfortunately my ability to continue monitoring CLMRN is not looking good. After a month of setting up shop in Barkhamsted, I went back to my regular listening location, which is 4 miles from the nearest tower, only to find that the signal strength has diminished to the point where I can't even detect a P25 data stream.I picked up 2 Unknown on (CLMRN)- TGID:5404 and TGID:1545.
